I was also planing to get Sportster 883 (and make a 1200 conversion) but I founded Dyna Glide in the price of Sporty. Dyna is a little bigger , and heavier. Sportster (I take test rides on 883R and Sportster 1200 Sport) was better handling but the difference for me is minimal.
